PowerLink needs to be relicensed annually. As soon as you're within one month of the license expiry date, you'll start to receive prompts each time you log into PowerLink:

There is no cost associated with registering your software. However if you pay annually for PowerLink usage, your annual invoice needs to have been paid before you can update your license for a further year.
