To take a screen shot, press the Prnt Scrn key on your keyboard then paste (Ctrl-V) into an email or a Word document.

If you're taking a screen shot of an error message, be sure to include an explanation of what you were doing when the problem occurred and whether anyone else on your network is having the same problem.
