You can create your own email templates from scratch, but it's helpful to start with a sample.
To download a sample template:
- Choose a sample template
- Right-click the template image (provided in sample template download links) and select to "Save as Target"
- Save the .htm file to a folder that is easily accessible on your network
To test an email template:
- Create the relevant type of email (customer or job)
- Select the .htm template file via the Open message icon
- Preview the email template to see how the fields look when populated

To modify a template:
When sending an email, you can modify the template on-screen then save it with a different name. See the TIP below.
Signatures
The sample signatures in the templates are images published on the YearOne website, so you could take a similar approach with your own signatures.
If you don't need to include an image in your signature, you could use AutoText .
TIP
More complex modifications should be done via an HTML editor. If you're new to HTML, you might like to build your skills using one of the many free on-line training websites such as http://www.w3schools.com/.
