Cause
This message indicates data corruption, possibly due to closing a process (eg a report or a program) while it was reading data.
Resolution
Need to compress the data.
(Note: the length of time this process takes depends on the size of your data and the overall computer system speed.)
- Ensure all users have logged out of PowerLink.
- Close PowerLink then restart.
- At the PowerLink Login Screen enter the username Supervisor and Supervisor Password.
- Select the company you wish to compress (do not log in)
- Click the Compress Data button.
- PowerLink will then ask if you wish to back up the data. Click OK.
- PowerLink will then back up the data followed by a compression.
- A message box will signal completion.
- Click OK and PowerLink will exit
