If you've entered data but it's not displaying in a report you're trying to print, check the following:
1. Is it a Job Costing report?
If so, check that the transactions have been coded to the job you are running the report for. To do this, open the relevant documents in Attache and check the job field. If the wrong job code has been entered, you can use the Recode Transactions program in PowerLink to fix this for reporting purposes.
2. Is the data service operating normally?
If so, you should see this status message in the toolbar at the top of your PowerLink screen:
If you see a different message, click on the words of the message. This will display information about what to do to fix the problem.
3. Are you getting any error messages?
If so, search the KB for key words in the error message.
4. Has the report been customised for you?
If so, contact the person who created it for further advice.
