If you receive this message when trying to open PowerLink, it means that PowerLink has not been installed on this user profile.

E.g. The message "Couldnt find file 'F:\Users\MichaelT\PLINK\System.mdw'. This file is required for startup." means that PowerLink has not been installed for the user MichaelT.

PowerLink needs to be installed for each user or workstation that needs access.

You should just need to install PowerLink for this user as has been done for other users. PowerLink version 3 makes this process much easier.
